Tim Gill - Yes we can or Yes I can?

I don't know what disgusts me more: a egotistical, obese black woman purchasing a 23,000 sq ft. home in Montecito to live in with her gay man and 3 Cocker Spaniels or a skinny, gay man, seeking validation, by purchasing the 33,000 sq. ft. Phipps mansion to live in with a gay man and an adopted Burmese Mountain dog. I know Mr. Gill, you donated over $162 million for gay rights, $161.5 million of it to ensure gay people have the right to get married. Yes we can! But do we really want to? Ellen, Rosie and now Melissa.....If you weren't rich you'd be struggling with rampant rejection like the rest of us. And that don't ask don't tell thing, sorry but when asked I raised my hand. There ain't no 24 Hour Fitness in Afghanistan. Talk about lost causes, even if you win it's apparent you lose. At a time when people with HIV and AIDS are seeing their financial assistance for prescription drugs and housing being dramatically reduced, do you really think your friends at the HRC (which is merely a Junior League for gay men) need a new tennis club? ` Instead of taking 20 people on a mystery Moroccan vacation pay the tuition of emotionally abandoned gay kids. Instead of paying $9 million on a 34,000 sq. ft mansion, why don't you cover the costs of the Medicare prescription drug plans for 15,000 people with AIDS. Mr. Gill, do you really want to be seen as the insecure guy with the charm braclet husband as validating as a parking stamp, surrounded by all your sycophantic friends? You're like watching a gay Paris Hilton hosting American Bandstand. Forest Gump said, A man only needs so much, after that it's just showing off. Evidently two gay men need 34,000 sq. ft. There's a word for people like you...... Republican.

Mount Palin

I think I've resolved world conflict. The war in Iraq will end when we reinstate the draft with no exceptions. We'll build the Palestinians casinos on the East Bank. We’ll acquire a public health care option after we invade Canada. In a good-faith gesture we'll give Texas back ending any further need for illegal immigration and sprucing up Houston. We’ll put Tina Fey on Mt. Rushmore and let Republicans believe it's Sarah Palin. And, hence forth, barebacking, a compassionate term for riding a horse, will no longer be used to reference an unsafe sex act or a lap dance around Cheesman. Instead we will more accurately reference that act as Bristoling.

Where Do Baby Nuclular Reactors Come From?

Asking Sarah Palin about national nuclear policy is like asking daughter Bristol "Where do babies come from?" And, asking President Obama what he thinks about Palin's response to his nuclear policy is just giving her undeserved relevance. She may hold "cred" with Republicans but she's no longer a political figure. Maybe daughter Bristol can make it full-term but Palin terminated mid-term while gestating the great state of Alaska. I think the people showed their single digit approval of Palin in the last election. I know I puckered, slid it between my lips and pictured finger tapping that ass. I haven't had so much fun since my Olympic fantasy that included a water sport with W. Who wants a VP who's qualifications are diaper changing? Might be "Depend" able backup for McCain but doesn't' instill confidence to the rest of the nation. Her opinion on national policy isn't any more relevant than a third-grader's opinion about the war in Iraq. The third-grader probably has better grasp of adjectives. Book tours and reality tv deals make her no more than follows-the-lead TMZ material. I'm seeing an episode of Desperate Housewife in her future,

Tiger's Wood

Tigerrrrr! A Niki commercial? Really? Fuck Niki! Dude, you hit a tree in your car wearing only your underpants. Twenty ladies fell from the branches like frogs in a Tom Cruise Magnolia trailer. Your woman chased your ass around your damn ass SUV with a 7 iron trying to take off your Tiger wood. "Mr. Woods, this is OnStar. How can I help you?" It could have been the best Super Bowl commercial ever made. When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. When your lemons are whores that's an OnStar endorsement! Instead, Betty White be hosting SNL!

Fuck Oprah!

Oprah was on the Oscars tonight with her finger up a black woman named Precious. Oprah Winfrey is an egotistical (on every cover, won't buy it unless her name is on it), sexist, racist, over-indulgent, cow with a thyroid condition that buys Presidential and Oscar races and lives in over 40,000 sq. ft of living space with 4 Cocker Spaniels, a gay man, and Gail. (ya sue my ass, cuz the only way you can sue for slander is to prove it ain't true and girl ain't gonna go there); generous to a fault and I mean to... a.... fault.... generosity that is self-serving and with NO self-sacrifice. A "thyroid" doesn't shovel the fucking food to your mouth. All that money, a personal-trainer, a cook, and Dr. Oz and the girl still has to buy TWO seats on Southwest! Her show influences poor black women to buy anything she recommends or touches. You and Bono want to save Africa? Just fucking save it and quit asking me to buy a red t-shirt from GAP that I don't need nor can I afford. You ain't right, wise or gifted... you're just influential because you're rich! Altruistic doesn't have an "O" in it.

Wheatland WY a place to hate.

“Gays and Jews erode the rectitude of his community.” according to Joe Fabian, a school board member in Wheatland WY, who voted to have anti-hate banners removed in the schools. The banners were funded by the Anti-Defamation League and the Gay and Lesbian Fund. Joe Fabian owns and operates the Dance Wyoming Dance Studio, 307-322-4273, 861 Gilcrest, Wheatland, WY 82201 dancewyoming@dancewyoming.com or joe@dancewyoming.com

Fuck ASSumptions

I doubt health care was an issue when Massachusetts voters elected a Republican Senator given that Massachusetts enacted a health care reform bill in 2006 giving all its residents access to healthcare. Polls show that Massachusetts’s residents are happy with their health care and support their states reforms which are similar to Obama's. Massachusetts also legalized gay marriage. I would hardly consider Massachusetts a red state. Independent voters that are indecisive and can’t commit elected the new Senator. Republicans need to stop making invalid associations and assuming that human rights, religion, health care and patriotism are partisan issues.

Ban the Burka!

A recent study by the Gallop Center of Muslim studies showed that 53 percent of Americans view Islam unfavorably. Of those polled - 91 percent view Christianity favorably, 71 percent viewed Judaism favorably, 58 percent viewed Buddhism favorably. However, only 42 percent of Americans viewed Islam favorably. James Zoby, president of the Arab America Institute feels that part of that view is fed by commentators voicing anti-Islamic rhetoric and that they should be kept off the airways. Mr. Mogahed of the Gallop Center feels that extremists of other religions are represented as merely not being part of he mainstream while Islamic terrorists are represented as being representative of their religion. Mr. Mogahed the difference is: Christian and Jewish extremists are "devout" while Islamic extremists are, as you say, "terrorists", terrorists representative of their nations governments. There's a reason to separate church and state. We're talking unflattering curls vs. Molotov cocktails. Christian extremists created Santa Claus and elves. Christians and Jews feast and exchange gifts. You fast which is a religious word for "starve" yourself. Before you board a plane, have a cookie and a glass of milk.

It is the responsibility of any organization to discourage extremism and keep it's extremists in-check. Islamic nations appear to either ignore it, elect it or covertly fund it. Islam is not like Christianity, Judaism or Buddhism. It is no longer a religion. It has become a political agenda. Head scarfs and veils are extremist representations of repressive, 11th century Islamic beliefs in the 21st century. France is passing legislation to ban face-covering veils in all public institutions including: mass transport, hospitals, post offices and all buildings offering public services. Veils will be considered secular symbols of extremism and repression. They are an attack on gender equality. If you want us to view Islam favorably, give your women the right to vote, the right to public education, the keys to the car, and the right to show their faces. BTW, we'd all like to fly fucking safe! Airline safety hasn't been compromised by women pissed off about having to maintain kosher kitchens. The kosher kitchen ladies conceptualized and ritualized bris. I can't even tell you what what a Jersey girl would do to you if you tried to circumcise her or stone her for having sex.

It's NOT a bomb!

Attention! US Airlines flight attendants! This is not a bomb! It's a Jew. As far as I know, there has never been an act of terrorism against the United States by a Jew...... unless you include Barry Manilow.

Qualifying

She won the competition but it wasn't until after the compulsory scores for interpretation that they realized her skate had been caught in her hair for the final 4 minutes of her routine.

Community - Zach Paez

"Community" is a relatively new sitcom on NBC. Definitely not as bright or evolved as 30 Rock but worth mentioning and definitely worth watching. 30 Rock's talented cast portray characters rich with eccentricities. Characters exploit these eccentricities while at the same time managing to create these amazingly funny, on-going, symbiotic relationships. 30 Rock has recognized the strengths of supporting cast members and woven them into their clever and brilliantly written scripts.

Community too has developed a quirky entertaining bunch of characters with viewers embracing and anticipating the antics of certain characters but not as character inclusive as 30 Rock. Community's scripts and writing seemed to be developing nicely until the episode, Environmental Science. I hope this is not indicative of the future of Community's scripts. Writer Zack Paez delivers one-liners but fails to create any meaningful dialogues or sustainable moments between scenes and characters. His transitioning is a lesson in "what not to do" in script writing. Writing is more than the careful delivery of one-lingers. Paez's writing might be better suited for short sketches and stand-up rather than television where scripts have to at least make it to the first commercial. Community has a great cast and the potential to develop into something quite sustainable and successful if it can maintain a good and sustainable writing staff.
